John Tugman & Wilson McGinness awarded CoStar Lease of the Year

Our very own John Tugman and Wilson McGinness were recently awarded CoStar Lease of the Year, for securing a 10 year lease with Home Depot, anchoring our North River Commerce Center. The Atlanta-based retailer leased 60,734 square feet of a 189,000 square- foot building, the first of four buildings in the industrial park, with construction completing this Fall. Check it out here!
