Revitalizing Red Bank with Hawthorne White Oak

Thank you Chattanooga Times Free Press for the mention about our latest transformative project, Hawthorne White Oak, situated on 6.8 acres formerly occupied by a SavALot shopping center in the popular southern end of Red Bank, TN. The project will include 208 apartment units with the area’s leading amenity set and 6,500 square feet of commercial space targeting a coffee shop and restaurant.
