Rise Partners Welcomes Prelco’s Second U.S. Location to Chattanooga

Rise Partners is pleased to announce that Prelco US Inc., a subsidiary of The Prelco Group, has signed a lease for the remaining 28,066 square feet in Building 100 at the North River Commerce Center. This strategic move marks Prelco’s second U.S. location, dedicated to servicing their recreational boat division.​

The Prelco Group, with six factories across eastern North America and a workforce exceeding 650 employees, is a leader in value-added glass manufacturing. They specialize in designing and producing glazing products for commercial and institutional buildings, high-rise apartments, and specialty vehicles across land, rail, and watercraft sectors.
