Congrats to the Q2 2023 CoStar Power Brokers

Congrats are in order to our very own Wilson McGinness and John Tugman for being named the Q2 2023 CoStar Power Brokers for two top sales deals. They both acted as buyer reps on 600 Wauhatchie Pike, an industrial property in Chattanooga, that sold for over $18M. Wilson was also recognized for a top office leasing deal when he represented the tenant on 6,400 SF in Warehouse Row.
