Closed Hardy Pond mixed-use development project

Rise Partners closed today on another exciting project!  Our Hardy Pond mixed-use development is comprised of 6 commercial outparcels, 38 single-family residential units and 72 townhomes. Located in Rock Hill, SC (Charlotte MSA), the asset is conveniently located along a major commercial corridor with adjacent grocery stores and strong highway connectivity. We look forward to breaking ground later this month.

The Rise team had to navigate many complex issues to get to the closing table. A big thank you goes out to Jeff Howell for his hard work on the project.
