Acquired in August of 2021, the Enclave is a 105 unit multifamily rental community located in Bowling Green, KY. The property was an opportunity to acquire an exceptionally well-located asset at a significant discount from replacement cost in a high growth market.

Rise implemented a “value-add” strategy by completing several property improvements including common area enhancements, targeted interior enhancements, and replacing existing siding and windows. This in turn drove rent over the below market rents in place at acquisition.

The property’s convenient located, walkable to nearby retail and close to burgeoning downtown Bowling Green and major employers, will continue to attract renters and allow occupancy to remain at or near 100%.
