Rise Partners Sells Remaining Homes at Hartman Hill

Rise Partners closed/sold the remaining homes in Hartman Hill yesterday. This 71 unit, build-to-rent community in Red Bank, TN, was an incredible project for us. We began the project 20 months ago and completed on schedule and in budget, despite material and labor shortages.

A true testament to our partners’ and teams’ dedication, we hope Hartman Hill will continue to serve a family-friendly rental housing need for the greater Chattanooga community for years to come.
