Santa Rosa Board of County Commissioners Votes to Approve Re-zoning

Last Thursday, the Santa Rosa Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve the re-zoning of 6.8 acres at the Berryhill Rd./W. Spencer Field Rd. intersection in Pace, Florida.

Rise Partners is under contract to purchase this parcel, along with 5 additional acres of a hard corner in a busy corridor, in the fast growing sub-market of Pensacola, Florida. We look forward to being able to release more information about our plans to develop a free-standing grocery store and fuel station in the near future.
